“I give and receive love freely and deeply.”
I open my heart to love in all its forms. Love flows to me and from me with ease. I don’t hold it back out of fear. I trust that love is safe to give and safe to receive.
I show love through small daily actions. I offer kind words to the people around me. I give my full attention when someone needs me. I share warmth without keeping score. Giving love this way feels natural to me.
I also let love in. I accept kindness when it’s offered. I don’t push it away or doubt it. I know I deserve care just as much as anyone else. Receiving love is not weakness. It is a sign of trust.
My heart has room for many kinds of love. I love my family in my own way. I love my friends through loyalty and support. I love myself by treating my needs as real and important. Each type of love makes my life richer.
Fear sometimes tries to close my heart. I notice this fear, but I don’t let it win. I choose openness instead of walls. Every act of love, given or received, makes me stronger, not weaker.
I believe love grows when it’s shared. The more I give, the more I have to give. The more I receive, the more I learn to trust. This cycle keeps my heart full and open, today and every day.
