“I trust myself to handle any transition that comes.”

Change is a normal part of life. I don’t need to fear it. I have gotten through hard changes before. I can do it again.

New situations feel strange at first. That’s okay. I give myself time to adjust. I don’t expect to have all the answers right away. I learn as I go.

I trust my own judgment. When I face a new challenge, I break it into small steps. I focus on what I can control. I let go of what I can’t. This keeps me calm and steady.

My past proves my strength. I have moved through job changes, moves, losses, and new starts. Each time, I found my footing. Each time, I grew stronger. This history is proof I can handle what’s ahead.

I don’t need everything to feel comfortable to move forward. I can feel unsure and still take action. Courage isn’t the absence of doubt. It’s moving forward anyway.

I ask for help when I need it. Trusting myself doesn’t mean doing everything alone. I lean on others when it makes sense. This is a sign of wisdom, not weakness.

I stay flexible. Plans change. Life shifts direction sometimes without warning. I adjust instead of fighting it. I look for what I can learn from each new chapter.

I believe in my own resilience. Transitions test me, but they don’t break me. I come out the other side wiser and more capable. I trust myself, because I have earned that trust through experience.
