I release what no longer serves me, like the trees release their leaves.

“I release what no longer serves me, like the trees release their leaves.”

Trees let go of their leaves every fall. They don’t hold on out of fear. They trust that new leaves will grow. I want to live the same way.

I know that holding on to old pain only weighs me down. I carry old hurts sometimes. I carry habits that don’t help me anymore. I don’t need to keep them. Letting go makes room for something better.

Change is a normal part of life. Trees don’t fight the seasons. They bend with them. I try to do the same. I accept that things end. I accept that things shift. This doesn’t scare me. It helps me grow.

I release relationships that hurt me. I release beliefs that keep me small. I release habits that block my progress. Each time I let go, I feel lighter. I make space for new chances.

I trust the process of change. Trees lose their leaves in the fall. Spring always brings new growth. I believe the same is true for me. When I release the old, I make room for the new.

I don’t need to control every outcome. I don’t need to hold on to things past their time. I choose to release with grace. I choose to trust what comes next.

This is how I grow. This is how I stay light. I let go, and I move forward.
